The need is greater than ever to build empathy for our fellow humans. Intolerance has raised its ugly head in America. Building empathy for refugees will stem this tide.

Our work gives voice to refugees to build empowerment and tolerance.

We also strive to build better communities through awareness and bridge-building. Safed House seeks to open doors of opportunity for refugees.

We hope that our legacy writing program will create catharsis for the refugee by having their story heard.

If the refugee succeeds, we all benefit. Our long range objective is to help refugees meld into the great melting pot that is the United States.
